A Research & Development department dedicated to customers’ needs

Lameplast is committed through its R&D department to support its customers’ needs in the most effective way. The development of Lameplast’s innovative and original packaging solutions and new polymers applications is supported by a number of important packaging awards for its plastic containers: 7 Italian packaging awards, 2 Eurostars and 3 Worldstars. Lameplast can create and produce unique, innovative and original plastic containers for each specific product, and identify the most suitable type of plastic packaging for pharmaceutical, medical devices, veterinary and cosmetic applications.

Development of customised solutions

Drawing from the experience of its Research & Development division, Lameplast studies specific packaging solutions that are perfectly suited to the product to meet all needs. It is possible to choose customised colours, logs and decorations using pad printing or labels, using the most suitable types of plastic. The entire process of research, prototype building and engineering, right up to the production of the new container is carried out in-house.

Technology

The experience gained in over 40 years of plastics moulding and the attention paid to innovation has allowed Lameplast to acquire a primary role at international level. The constant investments made in highly qualified personnel have led to the creation of innovative materials and production processes, the identification of the most suitable plastic materials for the specific needs, and new design solutions to face the increasingly stringent demands and attention to detail.
